Irrigation Efficiency Saves Money, Saves Energy

Rebate amounts and program requirements are subject to change or be discontinued at any time by Central Electric Cooperative (CEC). CEC disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, regarding the products listed below for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, repair, or any energy savings associated with use. All businesses are subject to inspection & usage data analyzed by participating in energy efficiency programs by CEC or partnering third parties. Products and installation must meet all program criteria to qualify for rebates.

Sprinkler Equipment
Incentives are available for both upgrades to old systems and new installations.

Irrigation Pump Efficiency Upgrades & Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
Upgrading inefficient pumps with a new pump or adding a VFD to a new or existing pump can save energy, time, money and even worry when you are saved the work of managing irrigation systems with widely different discharge pressures. You also may see reduced demand charges.

Agricultural Energy Audit
The agricultural energy audit enables agricultural producers to get detailed information about electrical energy-consuming equipment, as well as information about agricultural production activities on ways to best use energy. With financial help from the Oregon Department of Energy and CEC this can be a no cost service.
