Income Qualified Weatherization & Heat Pump

Central Electric believes every member and home should have the chance to benefit from greater energy efficiency.  That’s why we have partnered with NeighborImpact to offer special incentives and resources for income-qualified households.

Eligibility

  • The income qualified Weatherization & Heat Pump programs provide free home weatherization and a free high efficiency heat pump to eligible income qualified CEC members. Members can be renters or homeowners and live in site-built or manufactured homes.
