Type of Service
Alternating current, single-phase and three-phase, 60 cycles at available secondary voltage.
Rate
Energy Charge - All kWh
All kWh per billing period @ 4.72¢ per kWh
Demand Charge
$11.37 per kW demand for billing period
Facilities Charge
$65.00 per billing period April-October
The facilities charge per metered service shall be billed for the period beginning April 1 and ending October 31 of each year.
Determination of Billing Demand
Demand measurement will be made by suitable instruments at the point of delivery where reasonably practicable; where metering is impracticable, such demands shall be estimated from the connected load and method of operation of the pumping equipment on the basis of suitable field tests. Demand, where indicated or recorded, shall be defined as the average kilowatt delivery during the 15-minute period in which consumption of energy is greatest during the billing period for which the bill is rendered.
Line Extension Policy
Whenever it is necessary to install new distribution facilities, extend, or reinforce existing distribution facilities, the rates and charges above are subject to the provisions of the Central Electric Cooperative, Inc., “Line Extension Policy.”
