Applicable to all commercial electric vehicle charging power customers. Commercial electric vehicle charging power customers are those with electric vehicle charging equipment installed and established for providing a retail charging service of electricity as a transportation fuel.
Type of Service
Alternating current, single-phase and three-phase, 60 cycles at available secondary voltage.
Rate
Energy Charge
All kWh per billing period @ 5.96¢ per kWh
Demand Charge
$4.70 per kW demand for billing period
Facilities Charge
$65.47 per billing period
Minimum Charge
The net minimum charge will be the above facilities charge. A higher minimum may be required under contract to cover special conditions.
Determination of Billing Demand
Demand measurement will be made by suitable instruments at the point of delivery. Demand for any billing period shall be defined as the average kilowatt delivery during the 15-minute period in which consumption of energy is greatest during the billing period for which the bill is rendered.
Line Extension Policy
Whenever it is necessary to install new distribution facilities, extend or reinforce existing distribution facilities, the rates and charges above are subject to the provisions of the Central Electric Cooperative, Inc., “Line Extension Policy.”
