Central Electric is at 7.78 cents per kWH, Oregon at 11.37 cents per kWh, Pacific Power is 11.91 cents per kWh, and the national residential rate is 13.5 cents per kWh. CEC’s average residential rate of 7.78 cents per kWh, effective January 1, 2024, will be 45% less than the local investor-owned utility’s average residential rates.
