Industrial Rate Design Changes

Following the adjustment in 2021, the facilities charge for these 18 members remains stable throughout the redesign implementation.  The independent Cost of Service Analysis determined the facilities charge for this rate class aligned with fair and equitable cost recovery.  In addition to the facilities charge and corresponding offsetting reductions in the kilowatt-hour charge, this rate class also sees adjustments to demand charges, which measure peak energy use within a given month.  Kilowatt-hour rate projections include no assumptions about inflation or future Bonneville Power Administration rate increases.
