Report & View Outages
If your power is interrupted, check your circuit breakers. If they’re ok and haven’t tripped, please call us immediately to report your outage:
Call (541) 548-2144 during business hours
Call (866) 459-8651 during non-business hours
Each time a member calls in to report an outage it is entered into our sophisticated outage management system (OMS). The OMS collects the data from these calls and populates our interactive mapping system. Each call helps quickly define the area affected by an outage and helps our crews pinpoint where to look for the problem.

Know your generator! Read information on portable and permanent generator installation, safety, maintenance, and learn to use your generator wisely.
Hitting underground lines can be as dangerous as contacting overhead lines and can also cause outages. Always call 811 for utility locating services at least 48 hours before you dig. It helps protect you and it’s the law.
