How Paperless Billing Works
You can sign up online through SmartHub or by calling and speaking with a CEC representative.
After you sign up, your account will be converted to paperless billing. Depending on the timing of registration, this may take a full billing cycle.
For your convenience, you will receive a monthly email with a summary of your billing information. The full billing statement will be available in your SmartHub account on the next business day.
Sign-Up Online
- Log into SmartHub and select “My Information” listed under the “My Profile” tab. There will be an option: “Update My Paperless Settings”. From there you will be able to select paperless for any accounts you have. After you make the selection, you will receive a confirmation email.
Sign-Up By Phone
- Call us at 541-548-2144 during standard business hours with your account information. A CEC representative will assist you with enrollment.
*New enrollments that have not been enrolled in paperless within the past 12 billing cycles are eligible to receive the $10 bill credit. Accounts that are final billing, will not receive the bill credit. Credit will be applied automatically within 1-2 billing cycles. Promotion is for a limited time only.
