| 15. CUSTOMER | Backfills trench per CEC specifications. Submits a signed fee letter and pays all fees. |
| 16. CUSTOMER | Obtain electrical inspection on permanent meter base (See Note #1). Inform CEC when permanent meter base passes inspection (Green Tagged). A temporary meter base will follow the same guidelines for electrical inspection, prior to connect. |
| 17. Engineer | Release job to Dispatch. The Engineer is not able to schedule the job. |
| 18. General and Crew Foreman | Coordinate job with their crew schedule for construction. Job scheduling will depend on the type of project, so the lead time can vary. A typical lead time is less than 9 weeks after the job is released to the General Foreman. |
| 19. CEC Construction | Builds customer job. Connects permanent service with signed inspection. (See Note #1). |
