Auto Pay

Central Electric would like to offer you a convenient way to pay your monthly electric bill using the Auto Pay program.

  • There are no additional fees to use this option.

How Auto Pay Works

Members can enroll with a credit card or bank account.

After you sign up, continue to pay your bill as usual. When your bill shows the words “Credit Card” or “Bank Draft” at the bottom right, you are enrolled.

After that, your payment will be made automatically, using the account you entered on the due date of the bill.

For your convenience, you will continue to receive a monthly statement. It will tell you how much electricity you have used, how much money you owe, and verifies your account will be charged.

Sign-Up Online

  • Log into SmartHub and select “Auto Pay Accounts” listed under the “Billing & Payments” tab. There will be an option here to sign up for the program.

Sign-Up By Phone

  • Call us at 541-548-2144 during standard business hours with your account information.  A CEC representative will assist you with enrollment.
