Income Qualified Offerings

Central Electric believes every member and home should have the chance to benefit from greater energy efficiency. That’s why we have partnered with NeighborImpact to offer special programs and resources for income-qualified households.

Eligibility

  • CEC income qualified offerings can potentially provide free home weatherization, a high efficiency heat pump, clothes washer and dryer and a new heat pump water heater to eligible CEC members. Members can be renters or homeowners and live in site-built or manufactured homes.
