Steps to Participate

  • The household must meet the program’s income level qualifications. For income qualification or program questions, please give us a call.
  • If the household meets the income qualifications please give us a call so a CEC representative can schedule a time to conduct a home energy audit to determine which of our programs you qualify for, and which ones you wish to move forward with.
  • CEC will schedule various contractors to assess the projects and provide us with an estimate of work. As long as the estimates fall within our program limitations then the contractor will schedule the work.
  • The contractors will bill CEC for the complete cost of the projects, and you will have a more energy efficient and comfortable home.
